Chat and Chill

Chat and Chill is designed for those folk who are shut in or less able to get to church, or those elderly who are seeking Christian fellowship. Participants are picked up and returned home by our wonderful group of volunteers.

We involve folk in a variety of fun activities like bingo, singing, quizzes, prayer and discussing God’s Holy Word. Then we usually indulge in a yummy morning tea. Every second month we have a time of Holy Communion. The fellowship is relaxing and all are well catered for. Both abled and less abled are heartily welcomed.

Those interested should contact the Parish Office on 6654 1370.

Woolgoolga Retirement Village

Northern Beaches Anglicans hold a fortnightly Holy Communion Service, called Armchair Church, at the Woolgoolga Retirement Village at 1.30 pm on a Sunday. As well we also hold a Bible Study on Thursday afternoons @4pm and a prayer time on Saturdays@9.15am at the Aged Care Centre . Assistance with transport is available to any of our services. From time to time, as required, we will visit people in their homes or hospital beds to share a short, informal service of Holy Communion. Any further information about these ministries is available through our Parish Office 6654 1370.

Pastoral Visiting

Cradle to the Grave ministry is simply empty words if it doesn’t include specific opportunities for church services and pastoral care for the elderly and sick.
